This exercise is all about creating a design for a box. For this task I had to come up with the concept, marketing & packaging to show our product designing skills. I decided to come up with a concept for a fast food take-away box. I needed to think of a creative logo to make the box look as appealing as possible. I have chosen the default take away box from Adobe Substance Stager. To make the take-away box asset more convincing I have decided to go with a fast-food theme & create my own interpretation of what the food packaging would look like.
At the beginning I began with a yellow & blue packaging for the outside packaging with my logo on the sleeve of the box, I thought that the colours would compliment each other to make my box stand out. I experimented with colours to see what would suit the logo.

to add more character to the box i added the slogan “Open.Eat.Enjoy” and 100% British beef to make it look like a real take away box. I finalised my design by scrapping the previous idea I had with my old packaging and added colour only to the sleeve to make it look more simplistic. I added a QR code & barcode for the back of the design for the buyer to view digitally or scan the product.

Here is the full size turn-table render of my final design, it is a 360 spin to see all the details I have added onto the box.
